Right of Revocation - Instruction on Withdrawal

Returns
After notifying us of your withdrawal, eligible items must be returned within the applicable legal period.
Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Hygiene Exception
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery may not be eligible for withdrawal or return, where permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and reviewed, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law.
